【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesdesignrequirementsforplantbuildingsusedforthesafehandlingofmicro-organismsandtheproductitselfifitpresentsabiohazard.NOTE1.WhenapplyingthisEuropeanStandard,attentionisdrawntotheexistingnationalregulationssuchasregulationsconcerninggeneticengineering,waterandenvironmentalemissionconcerningthedesignrequirements.Plantbuildingsincludebuildingsintended,ifnecessary,tocontainallthefermentorsanddownstreamprocessingapparatus.Plantbuildingdesignincludesdesignofequipmentlinkedtothebuildingitselfandexcludesspecificproductionequipment.NOTE2.EquipmentimplementationiscoveredbyastandardEquipmentimplementationaccordingtothedegreeofhazardwhichisbeingprepared(seeannexB[3]).ThisEuropeanStandardisnotapplicabletodesignrequirementswhichaffectgoodmanufacturingpractice(seeannexB[6])orproductquality,forwhichattentionisdrawntorelevantcodesofpracticeandnationalregulations.Itwouldbeadvisabletoconsiderbothaspectssimultaneously.
