【摘要】:Thisstandardspecifiessafetyrequirementsandtheirverificationfordesignandconstructionofself-propelled.mountedorsemi-mountedvineshoottippingmachines.Thesemobilemachinesareusedfortrimmingvineyardandotherfruittressthatgrowinthesameway(trellisingplants)andsimilarapplications.Theircuttingtoolsareeither:--Highspeedrotativeblades(whichcutbyimpact),or--Rotativebladeandcounterblade(whichcutbyshearing),or--Reciprocatingcuttingbar(whichcutsbyshearing).Thisstandarddoesnotapplyto:--Tippingmachinesforfreestandingfruitbushes.Walk-behindpedestriancontrolledmachines,--Machinesintendedtobemountedonwalk-behindpedestriancontrolledmachines,--Hand-heldmachines.NOTE1Machinesintendedtobemountedonwalk-behindpedestriancontrolledmachineswillbedealtwithinthenextrevisionofthisstandard.Thisstandarddescribesmethodsfortheeliminationorreductionofriskswhichneedspecificrequirementsforvineshoottippingmachines.Itdoesnotdealwithgeneralhazards,particularlygeneralhazardsrelatedtomobilityincludingthosespecifictoself-propelledmachines.TheseaspectswillbedealtwithinanotherstandardproducedbyCEN/TC144(seeintroduction).Inaddition,itspecifiesthetypeofinformationonsafeworkingpracticestobeprovidedbythemanufacturerThelistofsignificanthazardsdealtwithinthisstandardisgiveninannexAAnnexAalsoindicatesthehazardswhichhavenotbeendealtwith.NOTE2Thisstandarddoesnotdealwith:--thelocationandtheoperationofthecontrols:theadaptabilityandthesettingupofmountedmachinesontractorsorothervehiclesEnvironmentalaspectshavenotbeenconsideredinthisstandard.Thisstandardappliesprimarilytomachineswhicharemanufacturedafterthedateofissueofthestandard.
