【摘要】:Thistestmethodcoversthefielddeterminationofhydrogensulfide(HS)inthevaporphase(equilibriumheadspace)ofaresidualfueloilsample.Thetestmethodisapplicabletoliquidswithaviscosityrangeof5.5mm/sat40?Cto50mm/sat100?C.ThetestmethodisapplicabletofuelsconformingtoSpecificationD396GradeNos.4,5(Heavy),and6.Theapplicablerangeisfrom5to4000partspermillionbyvolume(ppmv/v)(micromole/mole).ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
