【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardcoversmembranes,individualsubstructurecomponents,substructurekitsandsuspendedceilingkitswhentheseareplacedonthemarket.ThisEuropeanStandardalsogivescertainspecificationsfortheinstalledsuspendedceilingsystem,fortworeasons:theindividualcomponentsandkitsmayhavetomeetcertainrequirementsinorderfortheinstalledsystemtobeabletomeettherequirementwhenthesystemisinstalled,andbecauseitisappropriate,foreaseofreference,togivebothcomponent/kitrequirementandinstalledsystemrequirementinthesamedocument,giventherelationshipbetweenthem.ThisEuropeanStandardprovidesinformationforthevariouspartiesresponsiblefordesigning,manufacturingandspecifying/selectingsuspendedceilingsusedforinteriorapplicationsingeneralbuildingandcivilengineeringstructures.Itcoverssuspendedceilingssoldasacompletekit,substructuressoldaskits,individualcomponents(products)ofsuchsubstructures,andmembranecomponents.Itincludestestmethodsandmethodsofassessment,aswellasprovisionsfortheevaluationofconformityoftheproductstotherequirementsofthisEuropeanStandard.IntheabsenceofanyotherEuropeanStandard,thisEuropeanStandardspecifiesdimensions,tolerancesand,whererelevant,performancerequirements,forcommonlyavailableceilingsubstructuresandmembranecomponents.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotcoverthefollowing:-ceilingsubstructuresandmembranecomponentcoveredbyotherharmonisedEuropeanStandards,forinsituformedceilings,coveredbyotherEuropeantechnicalspecifications,forwhichitistheinstaller,notthecomponentmanufacturer,whotakesresponsibilityforensuringthatthecompleteinstalledsuspendedceilingmeetsanyregulatoryrequirementstowhichitissubject;-stretchedceilingscoveredbyEN14716;-ceilingsinmobilebuildings,caravansandotherformsoftransportation;-characteristicsneededforspecialapplications,forwhichadditionalcharacteristicsotherthancoveredbythisEuropeanStandardwouldneedtobecompliedwith;-ceilingssubjecttowaterpenetrationrequirements;-ceilingsusedexternallywhererequirementsotherthancoveredbythisscopewouldapply(tunnels,canopies,petrolstations,arcades,opensportsfacilities,carparksetc.);-heavydutysuspendedceilingsortheirsupportingconstruction(e.g.ceilingsthatcanbewalkedon);-ceilingsmadefromfireprotectiveboardscoveredbyETAG018-4.ThisEuropeanStandardscoversthefollowingessentialcharacteristics:-reactiontofire;-resistancetofire(suspendedceilingkitsonly);-releaseofasbestos(content)(suspendedceilingkitsandmembranecomponentsonly);-releaseofformaldehyde(suspendedceilingkitsandmembranecomponentsonly);-shatterproperties(formembranecomponentsofbrittlematerialsinsuspendedceilingkitsonly);-flexuraltensilestrength;-loadbearingcapacity;-electricalsafety;-directairbornesoundinsulation(suspendedceilingkitsonly);-soundabsorption(suspendedceilingkitsandmembranecomponentsonly);-thermalconductivity(suspendedceilingkitsandmembranecomponentsonly);-durabilityofflexuraltensilestrengthandloadbearingcapacityagainstmoisture;-condensation.ThisEuropeanStandardalsocoversthefollowingnon-essentialrequirements:-colourandlightreflectance;-installation.
