【摘要】:ThispartofISO10303definesalanguagebywhichaninstanceof(partof)auniverseofdiscoursecanbedisplayed.Italsoprovidesaformaldescriptionmethodforsupportingthespecificationofabstracttestcases.ThelanguageiscalledEXPRESS-I.ItisacompanionlanguagetoEXPRESSwhichisspecifiedinISO10303-11.EXPRESS-IisaninstantiationlanguageforaconceptualschemalanguageasdefinedinISOTR9007,andtheparticularconceptualschemalanguagethatformedthestartingpointforEXPRESS-IwasEXPRESS.TheEXPRESS-Ilanguageprovidesforthedisplayofthestateoftheobjectsbelongingtoauniverseofdiscourseandtheinformationunitspertainingtothoseobjects.Thefollowingarewithinthescope:—displayofinstancesofschemas;—displayofinstancesoftypesandentities;—abstracttestcasedata;—mappingfromEXPRESSschemasanddatatypestoEXPRESS-Iinstances.ThefollowingareoutsidethescopeofthispartofISO10303:—mappingfromother(conceptualschema)languagestoEXPRESS-I;—definitionofdatabaseformats;—definitionoffileformats;—definitionoftransferformats;—processcontrol;—informationprocessing;—exceptionhandling.EXPRESS-Iisnotaprogramminglanguage.
