【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandarddefines:a)Aqualityinusemodelcomposedoffivecharacteristics(someofwhicharefurthersubdividedintosubcharacteristics)thatrelatetotheoutcomeofinteractionwhenaproductisusedinaparticularcontextofuse.Thissystemmodelisapplicabletothecompletehuman-computersystem,includingbothcomputersystemsinuseandsoftwareproductsinuse.b)Aproductqualitymodelcomposedofeightcharacteristics(whicharefurthersubdividedintosubcharacteristics)thatrelatetostaticpropertiesofsoftwareanddynamicpropertiesofthecomputersystem.Themodelisapplicabletobothcomputersystemsandsoftwareproducts.Thecharacteristicsdefinedbybothmodelsarerelevanttoallsoftwareproductsandcomputersystems.Thecharacteristicsandsubcharacteristicsprovideconsistentterminologyforspecifying,measuringandevaluatingsystemandsoftwareproductquality.Theyalsoprovideasetofqualitycharacteristicsagainstwhichstatedqualityrequirementscanbecomparedforcompleteness.NOTEAlthoughthescopeoftheproductqualitymodelisintendedtobesoftwareandcomputersystems,manyofthecharacteristicsarealsorelevanttowidersystemsandservices.ISO/IEC25012containsamodelfordataqualitythatiscomplementarytothismodel.Thescopeofthemodelsexcludespurelyfunctionalproperties(seeC.6),butitdoesincludefunctionalsuitability(see4.2.1).Thescopeofapplicationofthequalitymodelsincludessupportingspecificationandevaluationofsoftwareandsoftware-intensivecomputersystemsfromdifferentperspectivesbythoseassociatedwiththeiracquisition,requirements,development,use,evaluation,support,maintenance,qualityassuranceandcontrol,andaudit.Themodelscan,forexample,beusedbydevelopers,acquirers,qualityassuranceandcontrolstaffandindependentevaluators,particularlythoseresponsibleforspecifyingandevaluatingsoftwareproductquality.Activitiesduringproductdevelopmentthatcanbenefitfromtheuseofthequalitymodelsinclude:?identifyingsoftwareandsystemrequirements;?validatingthecomprehensivenessofarequirementsdefinition;?identifyingsoftwareandsystemdesignobjectives;?identifyingsoftwareandsystemtestingobjectives;?identifyingqualitycontrolcriteriaaspartofqualityassurance;?identifyingacceptancecriteriaforasoftwareproductand/orsoftware-intensivecomputersystem;?establishingmeasuresofqualitycharacteristicsinsupportoftheseactivities.
